Soviet and American nuclear physicists developed nuclear weapons with ever-increasing explosive power in order to stay one step ahead of the other side.

A museum in Arizona houses the last Titan II nuclear missile, which fortunately was never used.

Peace through deterrence. This was the maxim during the Cold War. The land-based Titan II had the largest nuclear warhead ever produced by the United States. You can see the last of these missile sites at the Titan Missile Museum in Arizona. After radio now in the Vienna Newspaper, with a detour to the government bunkers of the two German states during the Cold War era.
