Monika Krause-Fuchs from the German city of Rostock on the Baltic Sea once organised the national sex education for Fidel Castro in Cuba.
It was actually beneath the Cuban man’s dignity to use a condom. But Monika Krause promoted it on behalf of the Castro family. When she vividly demonstrated on television how it worked, she was given the nickname “Reina del condón” (“The Queen of the Condom”) on the island.
Monika Krause-Fuchs passed away on 20 May 2019 in Glucksburg on the Baltic Sea.
